I consider Chicago an overrated city. But it has some progressive elements that I’d like to see in Phoenix. Small chance of that without a focus on improving the city’s amenities as opposed to simple-minded cost cutting.
In the short time I’ve kept tabs on Sal DiCiccio, a Phoenix city councilman, he’s been careless with residents’ private information, misrepresented data on city employees’ salaries and whined like Glenn Beck. And he’s convinced me that he’s tied to the nofee2hikeaz.com group.
